How can we help?

The Parent zone is the part of the app for parents. There you set the school year, language, voice, sound, question timer and level, manage Premium and find Privacy & safety. Kwizillo has no separate parent and child accounts: the Parent zone is your place, the rest of the app is for your child.

Tap the cog at the top right, or More at the bottom. First you get a quick question for a grown up, a times table sum such as “What is 7 × 8?”. That way your child does not open the settings, the subscription or the data eraser by accident.

In the Parent zone under School year, with the minus and plus buttons. The year sets how hard the questions are. Your child also picks it the very first time the app starts.

Each world moves up a level by itself once your child passes all four of its quizzes. The level sets how many seconds there are per question, how many mistakes are allowed and how many hints there are. You can change it yourself under Level per world in the Parent zone. For Maths you set the level separately under Sums: level, from 1 to 6.

In the Parent zone under Question timer. When it is on, the time per question follows the level of the world. Turn it off and your child plays without time pressure.

Under Sound, music & voice in the Parent zone, or in My profile under Who reads aloud?. Choose Milo (cheerful and upbeat), Luna (calm and friendly) or Silent. That is also where you switch sound effects and music on or off.

In the Parent zone under Language. There are ten languages, and the text, questions and voices switch right away.

When it is on, every launch begins at the intro and the welcome, and nothing is kept. Handy on a shared tablet, for example at school. When it is off, the name, progress and settings are kept.

Yes. In the Parent zone, Tour with Milo (or Luna) starts the walkthrough again: the worlds, the games, the fun facts and where everything is.

At the bottom under Stats. You see how many questions your child has answered and how many were right, per world and per game, plus the records. In the Collection, the knowledge cards show which facts your child already knows.

Playing earns your child XP, which raises the level. KwizCoins are earned in the Runner and the other games and spent in the shop on golden cards. Every question answered correctly becomes a knowledge card in the collection. Correct answers also unlock new buddies.

Milestones such as your first quiz, 10 and 50 correct answers, 7 days in a row and visiting every world. You find them at the bottom under Awards.

In the Parent zone under Reset progress. XP, coins, cards, stats and played progress all go back to the start. To really erase everything, use Erase all data under Privacy & safety.

Yes, Share your score sends the result to family or friends: level, correct answers, knowledge cards and the best quiz. Sharing sits behind the parental gate.

Free plays the whole Space World, the first mixed quiz of every other world, Maths up to level 3, Memo in Space World and with all worlds mixed, and the first fun facts of every world. All voices, the collection and the stats are included too. Premium plays everything: every world, every game, every level and every fun fact.

In the app, at a lock or in the Parent zone under Kwizillo Premium. A parent completes the purchase behind the parental gate, with the App Store or Google Play account on the device. Your child never sees a price.

The first 7 days of the yearly plan are free. If you do not cancel before the end, the trial turns into a paid yearly subscription.

The subscription runs through your App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel or switch between monthly and yearly in the subscriptions of that account. In the Parent zone, Manage Subscription takes you straight there.

Install Kwizillo, use the same App Store or Google Play account on the device and tap Restore Purchases in the Parent zone. Note that progress does not move with it, see below.

So your child can play without an email address or password, and we hold no personal data. Everything your child does stays on the device itself. So there is nothing to log in to, and no username or password to forget.

Progress is kept only on the device your child plays on. If you delete the app or start on another device, Kwizillo starts fresh. A Premium you bought comes back with Restore Purchases.

Kwizillo keeps one player per device: one name and one set of progress. If two children play on the same tablet, they share that progress. For a shared tablet you can switch on Start over every time.

In My profile. That is where you change the name, pick a buddy and choose who reads aloud.

On the device itself: the name your child types, the language, voice, sound, school year and level, the progress and whether Premium is active. None of it goes to Kwizillo or anyone else, and it disappears when you delete the app or erase everything.

Only the sentence Milo or Luna reads aloud. It goes to our own server and from there to the speech service ElevenLabs. It is always text from the game, never your child’s name and never anything your child types. Our server keeps the generated audio so the same sentence does not have to be made again.

No ads. No third party analytics or trackers. No account, email address or password. No location, contacts, camera or microphone. No cookies.

In the Parent zone under Privacy & safety, with Erase all data. Name, settings, progress, cards and stats then disappear from the device. A Premium you bought stays with your store account.
